BEGINNER - ALL LEVELS
For the student who has taken fewer than 10 yoga classes, the student who wants a refresher for yoga pose alignment, OR the student who desires a slower-paced practice.
Morning person or not, carving 45 minutes to stretch, energize, and ground yourself is the perfect way to start your busiest of days!
Freedom Flow (all levels)
Let if flow! Be playful, warrior. These Vinyasa flow classes will have you moving from one pose to another as smoothly as MJ did the moonwalk. Suitable for all levels including those who are newer to yoga.
Never downward dogged before? No problem! Our beginner classes well help you to become stronger and more flexible as our teachers guide you through basic postures. We want you to love yoga as much as we do and to love it you need to fully understand it, and we can help get you there.
Open Flow (All Levels)
With a focus on teaching proper alignment and all levels yoga postures you will become more in tune with your mind, body and spirit. With proper modifications you'll be introduced to more advanced postures with detailed instructions for those who are ready for a personal challenge.
For the student who has basic knowledge of yoga alignment, feels confident in the body, and wants a more active work-out on the mat with more advanced movements.

Melt Belly fat, tone and tighten your core while strengthening key back muscles with this fun and energizing class set to a playlist that will keep you in high spirits even when you walk off the mat!
Mimi Sweat and Flow
This newly designed class is created to make you sweat! With a unique combination of yoga, cardio, and strength training this new class will leave you drenched in bliss.
Dynamo Power Hour
Get ready to sweat your Asana off. Music, energy and serenity all combined into one. You’ll appreciate the rest once you’ve earned it.
Student must be familiar with intermediate yoga postures, including inversions and backbends. More challenging and vigorous sequences are typical in these classes.
FREEDOM FLOW (LEVEL 2)
Show up. Kick Asana. Repeat. Powerful and dynamic classes that take your practice to the next level as we introduce more challenging postures. Previous yoga experience highly encouraged.
